Spending Time in Horse Time EAL Summer Camp for Kids Ages 10-16

Spending Time in Horse Time is an Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) program designed to get kids outside in nature and in hand with horses that nurture our soul. Camp participants with learn the language of the horse that includes understanding and applying horse relational behaviors. Learning how to read, honor, and respond to our horses provides us with an awareness and understanding of how interconnected we all are. Our program is focused on skill building and will include life skills that apply to everyday life and help participants learn how to self -regulate. Also, participants will learn how to take responsibility for SELF and contribute to better communication, build trust in relationships, and discover their own power to influence change. Participants will understand how to manage their own Autonomic nervous system and set boundaries in a healthy way. Participants will also learn responsibility for caring for other (horse). 

The Pony Express will be offering six weeks of summer camp. Camp dates and times are June 10th-14th, June 17th-21st, July 8-11th, July 15th-18th, July 29th-August 1 and August 5th-8th. Camp times are 10:00-4:00 pm Monday thru Thursday. Camp participants will need to bring a lunch. Drinks and snacks are provided. Cost is $625. Per week. Payment in full, either cash or check must be made prior to camp start date.
